We accept all major credit and debit cards. In addition your school may allow you to bill the cost of school uniform to your school fees account. If this option is available then it can be selected at the checkout stage.

Product Description

We have taken a great deal of care to ensure our information is accurate. However discrepancies can occur. Occasionally there may be a slight variance in colour or a garment, but this will be within acceptable dyeing standards. Where changes in a product's specification are introduced, we will have approved this in advance with the school concerned.

Basis of Agreement

Whilst we always try to ensure that all items listed are in stock we cannot guarantee availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods in accordance with these terms and conditions. No order by you is accepted by us until we confirm by e-mail its acceptance.

Prices and VAT

The prices shown for each item includes VAT where applicable but excludes the delivery charge if you opt for home delivery.

Delivery

Delivery for collection from Frank Harrison "in-school" outlet or via our regular delivery services to school is free of charge. A standard charge of £5.95 is made for Home Delivery. The delivery address should be one where there is usually somebody available during normal business hours. We cannot guarantee a specific time for delivery.

Returns and Cancellation

If you have selected the wrong garment or wrong size of garment you have 28 days from the date of receipt of goods to cancel the contract in full or in part and to receive either a satisfactory replacement or a refund of the full value of any item. Items can be returned to our in-school outlet where appropriate or to our Head Office by registered post at your cost.

Confidentiality

All confidential information, including credit or debit card details are held securely and only transmitted in an encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Indemnity

By placing a uniform order using the site, you agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of the site.

Jurisdiction

The contract between us will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Consumer Rights

None of the above Terms and Conditions affect your statutory consumer rights.

Delivery Information

There are two options available to you.

Option 1 - Collection

Delivery of your order will be made free of charge to the appropriate shop in school and can be collected during specified trading hours. If your school does not have a Frank Harrison outlet then please contact the school for details or our regular delivery service. You will be contacted when your order is available for collection. While every effort is made to process your order speedily, please allow 7/10 days from placing your order, especially during the busy "back to school" period.

Option 2 - Home Delivery

Delivery of your order will be by courier or postal service to the address you specify at time of ordering. A standard charge of £5.95 will apply to your whole order. While every effort is made to process your order speedily, please allow 7/10 days for the date of placement, especially during the back to school period.
